Shipping
It is our Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours if the merchandise is in stock. In the case of back-ordered items your shipping invoice will reflect which items are pending and they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The approximate shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.


If an item that you ordered is not in stock at the time or is inbound to our warehouse, you will be notified of this condition. We will also give you an approximate time of arrival at that point.


Shipping/Tracking
Once shipped, your order may be tracked using this web site. The tracking number can be retrieved from your order status. Orders must be placed weekdays before 3:00 pm EST if overnight delivery is requested. Weekend and Holiday delivery is not available. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on Monday/the following business day. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed and shipped on the following business day.


30-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR ON-LINE PURCHASES FROM THIS SITE
We hope you are delighted with your Chelsea Gifts purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from this Site, we will accept merchandise in its original condition if it is received by Chelsea Gifts not later than 30 days after the date of delivery. Returns received outside the above time frames may be accepted at Chelsea Gifts discretion. Sale items and exchanged items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Prior return authorization is needed before any returns will be accepted. Merchandise returned without prior written authorization from Chelsea Gifts will be refused.



On-line purchases returned within the above time limits and WITH authorization to our office in Shrewsbury NJ will be eligible for a refund, less 20% re-stocking fee or a merchandise exchange at full value as long as the original packaging is included and the merchandise is received in new condition. There are no refunds on Mackenzie-Childs Furniture.

All returns require a Return Authorization.

Please note, certain items and special order merchandise are not returnable. These include furniture, special order dinnerware and special order jewelry items.

SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN OF PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE
We recommend shipping merchandise for return via UPS for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled.
